30-Day Master Recycle Bin & Single-Session Concurrency

30-Day Self-Service Recycle Bin
Accidental deletions happen. Munim POS implements a master 30-day soft-delete recycle bin across all key retail data models:
- Deleted Sales / Transactions: If a bill is deleted, it is moved to the Recycle Bin rather than permanently erased. Store owners can review and restore it with 1 click.
- Cashier Fraud Prevention: Cashiers cannot delete sales bills without manager authorization. All deletion actions record timestamp, cashier user ID, and IP address.
- Automated Cleanup: Items in the Recycle Bin older than 30 days are purged automatically.
Single-Session Concurrency Protection
To prevent unauthorized account sharing and data tampering, Munim POS enforces strict single-session concurrency per user account. If a user logs in from a second browser or mobile device, the previous session is terminated with an instant notification.
